We collect contact details, consent records, funnel analytics, payment metadata, and palm images only as needed to generate and deliver your reading and related offers.

Palm photo handling

Palm images are stored privately, never exposed through public URLs, and processed only long enough to prepare the reading. The photo is deleted after successful report generation by default unless explicit retention consent exists. Downstream report personalization uses extracted reading notes rather than repeatedly transmitting your palm photo.

We may use contracted infrastructure providers to process data on our behalf. We do not use palm images for advertising, public examples, testimonials, or our own model training without separate explicit permission.

Email and SMS consent are stored separately. SMS is optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of SMS flows.
